Qualification and Key Skills Required
Education: B.Tech / B.E. or M.Tech / M.E. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering Or
Automobile Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in machine design, heavy structural development.
Vehicle Customization: Proven practical experience in vehicular modification,
customized chassis/body integration, layout optimization, and automotive fabrication techniques.
Component Fitting & Integration: Hands-on expertise in physical mounting, component layout, structural hardware fitting, and the integration of complex electromechanical systems into mobile platforms.
CAD & Simulation: High proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks along with a strong understanding of structural analysis (FEA) and kinematic design verification.
Manufacturing Processes: Deep understanding of material science, component testing, metal fabrication techniques (welding, sheet metal, CNC processing), and manufacturing process planning for scalability.
