Role Description This is a full time, on-site Clinical Doctor role based in Kozhikode.



The Clinical Doctor will provide evidence-based medical care to patients with chronic and acute conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, reviewing investigations, prescribing medications and therapies, and coordinating with nursing, rehabilitation, and allied health teams to ensure continuity of care. The role involves close communication with patients and families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term management plans, as well as documenting clinical encounters accurately in medical records. The Clinical Doctor will participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, support the design of individualized care packages, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and adhere to all clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
