*Role Overview*
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused *Business Development Executive (Weddings)* who can drive revenue growth by acquiring recent wedding clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to execution.
*Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales*
Generate qualified leads through *social media, referrals, partnerships, and networking events*




Identify new business opportunities in the *wedding and luxury events segment*
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective pitching and follow-ups
*2. Client Consultation*
Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets
Present customized *wedding concepts, production ideas, and service packages*
Conduct in-person/virtual meetings and site visits with clients
*3. Relationship Management*
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, wedding planners, and vendors
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
*4. Coordination & Execution Support*
Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, operations) for smooth execution
Ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables
Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and event flow
*5. Sales Pipeline & Reporting*
Maintain and update CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
Track leads, conversions, and revenue targets
Meet monthly and quarterly sales
