About the Role
Imperial School of Banking and Management Studies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Corporate Relations to lead and strengthen the institute’s corporate engagement and placement ecosystem.
The role will be responsible for building strategic relationships with corporates, expanding the recruiter network, driving placement and internship opportunities, and developing long-term industry partnerships for PGDM students.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in corporate relations, business development, recruitment, institutional partnerships, or placement management, with a strong understanding of the BFSI sector and an established corporate network.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Develop and execute strategies to expand the institute’s corporate and recruiter network.




Build and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, FinTech firms, financial institutions, and other corporate organizations.
Identify and develop new corporate partnerships for placements, internships, live projects, guest sessions, and industry engagement.
Establish strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, Business Heads, and senior corporate professionals.
Represent the institute at corporate meetings, industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.
2. Business Development & Recruiter Acquisition
Drive corporate outreach and business development initiatives to onboard new recruiters.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential recruiters and corporate partners.
Conduct corporate visits, meetings, presentations, and professional networking activities.
Identify new hiring opportunities and emerging organizations within the BFSI and related sectors.
