Role Description
The Reservation Executive | Reservation Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru. The role involves managing room reservations,



handling inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and ensuring accurate booking details in the reservation system. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with front office and sales teams to optimize room inventory, rates, and availability, while supporting upselling initiatives and special offers. The role also requires addressing guest queries, modifying and canceling bookings as needed, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely, professional communication. The Reservation Supervisor aspect includes mentoring team members, monitoring reservation quality and response times, and supporting reporting tasks related to occupancy, revenue, and forecasting.
