Role Description The Solar Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur, responsible for guiding residential, commercial, and industrial clients through the transition to solar energy.



Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective customers, explaining solar power benefits, conducting basic site assessments, and recommending appropriate system designs in coordination with the technical team. The Solar Consultant will manage lead follow-up, prepare proposals, assist with paperwork related to rebates and approvals, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and grid connection process. The role involves delivering clear, accurate information, providing ongoing customer support, and maintaining strong relationships before and after installation. The Solar Consultant is expected to meet sales and service targets while representing Helium Solar’s values and commitment to clean energy.
Qualifications

Knowledge of the solar industry and solar power technologies, with the ability to explain system types and benefits to diverse customers.
Proven ability in lead generation
