Qualification and Key Skills Required:
MTech / ME or equivalent degree with relevant experience OR
BTech / BE or equivalent degree with relevant experience

Strong knowledge of:
Analog & digital electronics
RF communication and antenna systems
EMI/EMC compliance, cables, connectors, routing, and installation
Strong computer network fundamentals




Hands-on experience with network devices
Familiarity with Simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent)

Job Profile:
Design and develop power distribution systems for Ground Control Station units for UAVs.
Component selection, evaluation, and integration of various communication modules
Select and integrate power supplies, batteries, UPS, and grounding systems
Perform load analysis and power optimization
Interface sensors, displays, control panels, and telemetry hardware, and implement RF communication links (LOS & BVLOS)
Integrate GCS hardware with UAV systems
Collaborate with software teams for communication protocols and UI
Support prototype development, validation, production deployment and Link Budget analysis
Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality norms
Provide technical documentation, including design specifications, manufacturing guidelines, and repor
