About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Manager to manage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, account management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client requirements, objectives, expectations, and business challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, social media, digital marketing, production, and strategy to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Develop project briefs and communicate client requirements effectively to relevant teams.
Manage projects from briefing to execution and final delivery.
Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates.




Proactively identify potential challenges and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated and executed effectively.
Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and priorities.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and client-facing documentation.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services to existing clients.
Support business development initiatives and participate in client pitches and presentations.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or escalations.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, project status, and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Work closely with leadership to ensure client accounts achieve their business and communication objectives.
