About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative YouTube Manager to lead our YouTube channel strategy, content growth, and overall channel performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in YouTube content strategy, audience development, analytics, SEO, and monetization.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase views, subscribers, watch time, engagement, and revenue, while working closely with content, creative, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall YouTube channel strategy aligned with business and content objectives.
Plan and manage the YouTube content calendar, including long-form videos, Shorts, livestreams, and other formats.
Identify trending topics, audience interests, and content opportunities to drive channel growth.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for maximum discoverability.
Monitor YouTube Analytics and track key metrics such as:
Views and watch time
Average view duration
Audience retention
CTR




Subscriber growth
Engagement rate
Traffic sources
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging content trends and growth opportunities.
Work closely with content creators, writers, designers, editors, and production teams to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
Develop strategies to improve audience retention, engagement, and subscriber conversion.
Manage and optimize YouTube monetization initiatives, including ad revenue, sponsorships, brand integrations, and other revenue opportunities.
Create and manage YouTube Shorts strategies to increase reach and subscriber acquisition.
Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, platform trends, policies, and recent features.
Regularly prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve channel performance.
Experiment with different content formats, thumbnails, titles, posting schedules, and content strategies through A/B testing.
