Growzzy Media is a performance marketing and growth agency working with clients across India, the US, UK,
Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. We help brands scale through performance marketing, social media
management, personal branding, and AI-driven marketing strategies. We're a small, quick-moving team that values
ownership, speed, and getting things done without being told twice.
What You'll Do
● Own the complete social media growth playbook for client accounts and Growzzy's own brand. You're not
just posting content. You're responsible for growing pages from scratch and making them work.
● Ideate content that actually makes people stop scrolling. We need someone whose ideas are borderline
obsessive, not recycled trend dumps.
● Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn, with YouTube as an added channel.




● Be involved in the entire content production cycle: ideation, scripting, shooting assistance, editing briefs,
publishing, and performance review.
● Study what's working across platforms, dissect competitor strategies, and bring insights that translate into
real growth.
● Track metrics religiously and adjust strategy based on what the numbers are telling you, not what looks good
on paper.
● Collaborate directly with the founding team and design team to align creative output with brand goals.
What We're Looking For
● Someone who genuinely understands what makes a page grow. Not theoretically. Practically. You've either
done it before or you can explain exactly how you'd do it.
● Crazy ideation ability paired with the discipline to actually execute. Ideas mean nothing here if they stay in a
Google Doc.
● Strong content instincts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video. YouTube understanding is a bonus
