Role Description Jewellery Sales Executives at SilverWorld support customers in selecting silver jewelry, providing knowledgeable guidance on designs, materials, and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming visitors to the store, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a positive,



personalized shopping experience. The role involves handling billing and basic documentation, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock on the showroom floor, and keeping the store environment organized and presentable. Sales executives are also expected to follow up with customers, contribute to achieving sales targets, and uphold SilverWorld’s standards of customer service and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand diverse customer needs.
