Role Description The Area Development Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Sirsa,



responsible for driving market development and sales growth within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributor and retailer networks, ensuring product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across consumer and agri product lines. The individual will conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, collect field intelligence, and share insights to support strategic planning. Day-to-day tasks include achieving sales targets, implementing promotional activities, organizing farmer/consumer meetings and dealer events, and supporting new product launches. The role also requires maintaining accurate reports, coordinating with regional sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, and fostering robust relationships with channel partners and end users.
