Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, cold calling, email marketing, digital platforms, and industry networking.
- Promote Cair Actuators & Valves products and automation solutions to OEMs, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Water & Wastewater sectors, EPC/ECC contractors, consultants, system integrators, distributors, resellers, dealers, and end users.
- Generate qualified enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.




- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers to recommend suitable actuator and valve solutions.
- Handle enquiries received from IndiaMART, the company website, exhibitions, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the engineering, production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM/ERP systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, project follow-ups, and business development activities.
