About the Role




We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Leader to build and lead the recruitment strategy for our technology teams in Coimbatore. This role owns end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, and technical roles — from workforce planning to closing senior/leadership hires — while managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
Own the technical hiring strategy and roadmap for the Coimbatore location, aligned with business and engineering growth plans
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of technical recruiters and sourcers
Partner with engineering leadership (CTO, VPs, Engineering Managers) to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Drive hiring for niche and senior technical roles (e.g., Staff/Principal Engineers, Architects, Engineering Managers)
Build and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and passive talent pipelines
Own recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness — and report
