Role description:

This role provides focused Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) support for a designated region or country, ensuring operational needs are met with consistency and reliability. It delivers remote, process‑driven guidance to internal stakeholders, maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy and data management across all HSW systems. By overseeing critical workflows and documentation, the position ensures smooth coordination, standardized practices, and efficient execution of HSW processes. Ultimately, this role contributes to a cohesive, compliant, and well‑governed HSW function that enables protected and effective operations across the region.





Role accountabilities:

The role involves translating non-native language documents to ensure suitability for national use. A key responsibility is maintaining controlled documents and Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) records, including policies, registers, incident logs, and training records. The position requires effective management of document flows among Arcadis Global, customers, subcontractors, and external providers.

Additionally, the role includes controlling personal protective equipment (PPE), harness records, and site-access documentation. Collecting data and producing HSW reports, dashboards, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential, with strict attention to DE/EU data compliance. Tracking mandatory training and certifications, as well as managing Cority sustainment, is also required.
