Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for managing and growing client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients,



understanding their scaffolding and formwork requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. The Relationship Manager will handle client inquiries, prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations, support contract negotiations, and monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily activities include maintaining CRM records, conducting regular client visits, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and gathering feedback to help improve services. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and support long-term strategic relationships.
