Role Description
The SAP FICO Consultant will work full time on-site at the Delhi, OH office, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering and analyzing financial and controlling requirements,



designing SAP FICO configurations, and implementing solutions that align with business processes. The consultant will perform system configuration, testing, and documentation, and support end users through training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring interfaces, troubleshooting system and process issues, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and coordinating with cross-functional SAP modules for integrated solutions. The role also includes participation in project planning, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications
Strong SAP FICO expertise, including configuration of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting in an ERP setting.
