Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new hotel and homestay partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned markets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential partners,



presenting platform benefits, negotiating commercial terms, and managing contracts and onboarding. The Hotel Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to optimize listing quality, support marketing campaigns, and ensure partner satisfaction and retention. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and using market insights to refine sales strategies and support the company’s expansion goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with partners and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service skills to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partner relationships.
Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related industries.
