GoldDust Gardening is hiring a Customer Communication Executive for our Noida operations team.
The role involves handling customer calls, WhatsApp messages, service queries, complaints, follow-ups and visit-related coordination. The candidate will work closely with maalis, gardening experts and the operations team to ensure customers receive timely updates and smooth service experience.




Key responsibilities include managing customer communication, scheduling coordination, complaint tracking, feedback collection, payment/renewal follow-ups and updating customer records in the company system.
The ideal candidate should have valuable Hindi communication skills, basic English, patience, ownership, computer/app handling ability and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling or service coordination will be preferred.

The candidate must have a basic understanding of plants and horticulture, including common plant-care issues, watering needs, sunlight requirements, pruning, repotting and general plant health. Prior experience or interest in gardening, nursery work, horticulture, landscaping or plant-care services will be preferred.
