Role Description The Senior Billing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bavla. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end billing processes, including timely invoice generation, verification of billing data, and reconciliation of accounts with internal records and client requirements. The Senior Billing Executive will collaborate closely with operations, finance,



and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring billing reports, analyzing revenue and cost data, preparing billing summaries for management, and responding to client queries related to invoices and payments. The role also involves continuous process improvement, helping to streamline billing workflows and support overall financial integrity.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in billing process and invoicing, with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately and on time.
Well-developed analytical skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and support financial reporting.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients, and to clarify billing-related issues.
