Role Description The Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Remote, OR. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions,



and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. The Technical Lead will mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, manage integration and deployment processes, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments. The role also includes contributing to technical documentation, improving development workflows, and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
