Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of LUFM’s programs and internal processes. This role manages daily operational tasks such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with clients, and tracking program progress and deliverables.



The Operations Associate helps maintain systems and documentation, monitors workflows, and supports continuous process improvements across the organization. They collaborate closely with the founders and team members to ensure timely communication, efficient follow-up, and high-quality customer experience. The role also includes handling inquiries, updating internal tools and records, and contributing to reporting and analytics for program performance.
