Job Title: Performance Marketer – Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce)

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000/month

About the Role

You'll own end-to-end performance marketing across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart from campaign strategy and bidding to listing optimization and sale-event planning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display): bidding strategy, keyword harvesting, campaign structure
Run Flipkart Ads (PLA/PCA) and quick commerce ad platforms (Blinkit Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads)
Optimize listings: titles, A+ content, keywords, and reviews strategy
Design and run A/B tests across creatives and listings
Track ROAS,



ACoS and TACoS; deliver weekly performance reports
Plan and execute sale events (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, quick commerce campaigns)
Coordinate with operations on stock availability so ad spend never runs on out-of-stock listings

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience (agency or brand side)
Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart algorithms, ad auctions/bidding, and quick commerce ranking
Fluency with performance metrics: CPA, PPC, CPM, CPC, CPV
Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for keyword research, ad copy, competitor analysis, reporting and automation
Robust Excel/Google Sheets and data skills
Ownership mindset — you treat the ad budget like your own money
