We’re looking for someone with agency growth experience to join Leap Media and help us build the next stage of our growth.
This isn’t just a “send 100 cold emails a day” sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can think about growth end-to-end:
— Find recent channels for bringing in business
— Identify and develop partnerships
— Follow up with leads and help move conversations toward closing
— Experiment with new ways to generate inbound + outbound opportunities
— Help us understand what’s working and build repeatable systems around it
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with previous experience growing an agency, creative business, service company, or similar business.
You should be comfortable with outreach, partnerships, sales conversations and figuring things out without needing a playbook for everything.
This is a full-time role, and you’ll be working with the Founder as you figure out and scale what our growth engine should look like.
