Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various technical and non-technical roles within the company on a full time basis. This on-site position, based in Udaipur, involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews,



and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role includes organizing and supporting onboarding and training processes, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
