About the Role: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within your assigned territory. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting client meetings, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of residential interior projects.
Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective homeowners.




Understand customer requirements and present WallsToHome's services and value proposition.
Conduct site visits and customer meetings as required.
Coordinate with the Sales & Design teams to ensure smooth lead handling and conversion.
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Track leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions in CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the territory.
Represent WallsToHome professionally at relevant events and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Territory Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
Experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, Construction, Building Materials,
