Role Description The Sales Manager (Real Estate) at Truevisory Realty is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including identifying leads, conducting property presentations, and managing site visits. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable real estate solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and developers,



monitoring sales targets and performance metrics, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also requires staying updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in the NCR market.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
