Role Description The Team Lead – Automation & Controls is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading automation and control system projects from concept to commissioning.



The role involves overseeing the design, programming, testing, and implementation of industrial automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA, and control panels, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The Team Lead will guide and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, allocate tasks, review technical work, and support problem resolution during design, installation, and commissioning phases. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing technical documentation, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality, safety, and reliability of delivered solutions. The role also includes continuous improvement activities, evaluating new technologies, and supporting pre-sales or technical proposals as needed.
