We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who combines robust technical expertise, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms, with experience working across B2B, D2C, e-commerce, lead generation, service businesses, and diverse industries.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop acquisition, lead-generation, remarketing, conversion, and revenue-focused campaigns.
Build customized performance strategies for B2B, D2C, e-commerce, service-based businesses, and other business models.




Understand client objectives and translate them into measurable advertising strategies.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to improve ROAS, ROI, lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
Develop audience segmentation, targeting strategies, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
Conduct structured A/B testing across audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
Collaborate with creative, content, social media, and business development teams to develop performance-focused campaigns.
Guide creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, and creative variations based on campaign insights.
Ensure accurate implementation of pixels, conversion events, GA4, Google Tag
