Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and employee movements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in employee exit formalities and relieving letters.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
Experience in recruitment coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Must be a team player.
Must have a bike and DL.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with MS Office and attendance tracking.
Good Kannada and English Speaking.
