Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales HR qualified to manage the complete employee lifecycle for the Sales function. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders to drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Sales Hiring):
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles including frontline sales, territory managers, and regional roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
Ensure timely closures with quality candidates while maintaining cost efficiency
Handle onboarding and induction for new hires
2. Hire to Retire Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities
Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to company policies
Maintain employee records and HR documentation

HR Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, retention, hiring turnaround time, and manpower productivity
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for management review
Provide actionable insights to improve workforce effectiveness
4. Attrition Management & Retention:
Monitor attrition trends within the Sales team and identify root causes
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
Design and implement retention strategies and engagement initiatives
5. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Drive employee engagement initiatives for Sales teams across regions
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
Foster a positive work environment and strong employee connect
6. Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes and goal setting for Sales employees
Partner with business leaders to identify training and development needs
