About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager(Mid Level) to shape how our brands think, plan, and win on social, build the team that executes it, and help bring current clients through the door. This is not a posting-and-scheduling role. You'll own the strategy layer across multiple client accounts, structure the team of social media executives who bring those strategies to life, and sit at the table when we're pitching for new business.

You'll be the person who turns a brand's ambition into a social plan that moves numbers, the person who turns a group of executives into a team that ships reliably, and the person clients meet when they're deciding whether to work with us.

What You'll Do
Strategy and planning
Build and own social media strategies for client brands across industries
Translate brand and business objectives into platform-specific plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Develop content pillars, tone-of-voice guidelines, and monthly content roadmaps
Lead monthly and quarterly planning cycles with clients and internal teams
Bring cultural, competitive, and platform insights to every planning session
Track performance across accounts, identify what's working, and rework what isn't

Team leadership and structure
Hire, train, and mentor a team of social media executives
Build the systems, SOPs, and workflows that let the team ship consistently at scale
