Role Description The Franchise Manager role at TopLuxuryProperty.com is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Franchise Manager will oversee franchise operations, including onboarding current franchise partners, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and supporting franchisees in meeting sales and service targets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with franchise owners, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating training and development, and implementing marketing and growth strategies within assigned territories. The role also involves conducting market analysis, identifying expansion opportunities, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality client experience across the franchise network.
Qualifications

Experience in franchise management, business development, or multi-unit operations, preferably in real estate or a related service industry.
Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and client service to support and guide franchise partners effectively.
Proficiency in sales planning, territory management, and performance tracking, with the ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth.
