Solum Green Power Solutions (SGPS) is looking for a Sales Head to build and lead our growing rooftop solar sales team across Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build & manage the field sales team
• Recruit, train & monitor sales executives
• Develop territories and customer networks
• Drive residential rooftop solar sales
• Achieve 20 confirmed bookings/month
• Manage sales pipeline, CRM & reporting
Who We're Looking For:
• 3–7 years of sales experience preferred
• Robust communication & negotiation skills
• Field-sales and team-management experience
• Solar/renewable energy experience is a plus
• Willing to work hands-on in the field
Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives + approved field travel reimbursement.
