About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Junior Architect to join our
design team. The role involves supporting the design and documentation of full-home interior
projects and coordinating closely with the design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.
Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
Support space planning and furniture/layout planning for residential projects.
Coordinate with designers, measurement teams, and site execution teams.
Review site measurements and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
Make drawing revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
Assist with design presentations and project documentation.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing and design-related queries.
Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered within timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in architecture/interior design.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an advantage.
Good understanding of residential design and space planning.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with practical design understanding.
Qualification
B.Arch / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
Candidates with relevant interior design experience may also be considered.
