Role Description The LIC Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, focused on helping individuals and families understand and choose appropriate life insurance solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the LIC Advisor will meet prospective clients, explain LIC products, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable policies.



The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships, following up on leads, managing policy renewals, and providing post-sales support. The LIC Advisor will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on product features and regulatory changes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely service delivery. This position requires consistent on-ground engagement, proactive outreach, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support structured hiring, onboarding, and advisor engagement.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
Knowledge of Labor Relations to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
