Role Description The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing the leasing cycle and supporting overall property performance. This position includes handling inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective tenants through the application and approval process.



The consultant will prepare and administer lease documentation, ensure accurate records, and coordinate move-ins and renewals to support strong resident retention. Daily tasks involve building relationships with residents, responding to service-related concerns, collaborating with property management and facility teams, and contributing to occupancy and revenue targets. The consultant is also expected to stay informed about local market trends and represent VISCO India professionally in all client interactions.
