Gajab is India's first AI-powered bargaining marketplace building a current kind of commerce that is interactive, engaging, and driven by smart pricing. We're recreating the bazaar experience online for Tier 2/3 India.

The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can move fast across both creative and execution tracks someone who can run an outreach campaign, coordinate a launch, and still have opinions on why a brief isn't landing. You'll work closely with the core marketing team and have direct visibility into how a startup builds a brand from scratch.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches, promotions, and activations
Assist in executing on-ground marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships

Outreach and Community




Identify and engage with relevant communities, partners, and collaborators to drive brand awareness
Manage outbound communication including emails, DMs, and coordination with external stakeholders

Content & Creative Coordination
Support content planning and brief creation for designers and creators
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to feed into content strategy

Tracking & Reporting
Build and maintain marketing pipelines, databases, and outreach trackers
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights for the team

What Success Looks Like : (First 90 days)
At least 12 outreach campaigns executed end-to-end with measurable output
Outreach tracker and marketing pipeline set up and maintained consistently
First campaign performance report delivered with clear insights and recommendations
