Role Description The Education Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on connecting prospective learners with AcceleratorX’s educational programs. In this role, the consultant engages with potential learners to understand their career goals, explains program offerings, and recommends suitable learning paths. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations (in-person, phone, and online), managing leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.



The consultant collaborates with the education and marketing teams to align sales messaging, support enrollment campaigns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves monitoring learner satisfaction, addressing questions or concerns, and providing ongoing guidance to help learners succeed in their chosen programs.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and learner-focused solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with diverse audiences.
Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.
Relevant experience in education sales, counseling, or training services is preferred.
