About the Role
Rasna International is looking for an experienced Senior International Sales professional to drive business growth across international markets. The role will focus on developing new markets, strengthening distributor and channel partnerships, and expanding Rasna’s global footprint across ASEAN & Oceania, SAARC, and LATAM regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned international markets.
Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, importers, channel partners, and key customers.
Drive market expansion and strengthen Rasna’s presence across ASEAN & Oceania, SAARC, and LATAM.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
Manage the complete export sales cycle,



from lead generation and negotiations to order closure and relationship management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong international distributor and channel network.
Monitor sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the international business.
What We're Looking For
Experience in FMCG Export Sales / International Business Development.
Strong understanding of international markets and export processes.
Proven experience in distributor and channel management.
Solid business development and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify new markets and convert opportunities into business.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a target-oriented approach.
