Role Description This is a contract, on-site Software Engineer role based in Doha, Qatar. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions to support Resecurity’s ISR and ERMM platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and productive code, troubleshooting and debugging software issues,



and optimizing system performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to software architecture and design decisions. The Software Engineer will also be expected to follow best practices in secure development, documentation, and testing to ensure reliability and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go)
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration
Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns for building maintainable, modular systems
