Precision Safety Controls Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of complete fire protection solutions, specializing in the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, AMC, and maintenance of fire fighting systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Position: Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare quotations and cost estimates
✅ Study BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents
✅ Prepare sales invoices and related documentation
✅ Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
✅ Follow up with clients for approvals, work orders, and outstanding payments
✅ Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Project teams
✅ Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation

Candidate Requirements




✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Fire Safety / Fire Fighting industry (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in quotation preparation and BOQ reading
✔ Graduate (Preferred)
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
