About the Internship
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Caller Intern to support our international sales team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to develop professional communication, business development, and international customer handling skills.
You will gain hands-on experience by interacting with prospective customers, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, and supporting our export sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential international customers.
Introduce Alira Pharmaceuticals and its products professionally.
Qualify customer interest and gather basic business information.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp when required.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
Share customer feedback with the sales team.
Meet daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets while maintaining high communication standards.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with current people over the phone.
Good English communication (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email, or CRM).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Previous calling or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
