Role Description The Hub Incharge role is a full-time, in office position based in Mananthavadi - Wayanad. The Hub Incharge is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations at the hub, including inbound and outbound shipments, allocation of delivery routes, and coordination with delivery partners and transport vendors.



This role involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards, and resolving issues related to delays, damages, and customer escalations. The Hub Incharge will manage staffing schedules, oversee inventory and parcel handling, and maintain accurate documentation and reports for management. The position also requires close collaboration with central operations, continuous process improvement, and maintaining high levels of service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Strong hub operations management skills, including supervision of daily logistics activities, resource planning, and process adherence.
Experience in people management, including team leadership, shift planning, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting, including use of spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational tools.
