Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Identify businesses, brands, startups, organisations, and institutions that require marketing and communication services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions across digital marketing, branding, advertising, PR, social media, video production, and other agency services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions in coordination with the internal team.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with strategy, creative, production, and account teams for smooth client onboarding.




Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to identify new business avenues.

Required Experience

Candidates with B2B agency sales and client acquisition experience will be strongly preferred.

Candidate Profile
3+ years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into clients.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, branding, and creative services.
