Role Description The Business Development Specialist (B2B) at NoBroker HR will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate and institutional clients to drive growth for NoBroker’s HR and related real estate solutions.



This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research to identify target segments, and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, presenting NoBroker’s value proposition, conducting product demos, and managing negotiations to close deals. The specialist will nurture relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services, and track performance metrics to continuously improve outreach strategies. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize B2B campaigns and client experience.
