Prepare pitch books, teasers and information memoranda

Support due diligence and data-room management
Coordinate with clients, lawyers and auditors during transactions

Requirements

1–3 years in investment banking, transaction advisory or equity research
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills




Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
MBA (Finance), CA or CFA progress strongly preferred
Ability to thrive under deadline pressure
