Role Description The Interior Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding customers through the complete interior design sales process. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred clients at experience centers or project sites, understanding their requirements, presenting design concepts and product options, and preparing quotations and proposals.



The Interior Sales Specialist will follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and support the closing of deals while coordinating with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Day-to-day activities include conducting product and design presentations, explaining pricing and timelines, handling customer queries and concerns, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The role also involves participating in sales reviews, supporting promotional activities, and contributing feedback to enhance the customer experience and sales process.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, and close interior projects effectively.
