Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
About the Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed QA Executive to ensure SOP compliance across our manpower, supervisors, and site operations. This role suits someone who has a natural eye for perfection and isn't afraid to hold people accountable.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits/inspections to check SOP adherence by ground staff and supervisors
Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance; drive corrective action
Maintain and update QA checklists, reports, and trackers in Excel
Use app-based tools/platforms for daily audits, reporting, and tracking
Coordinate with site supervisors and managers to enforce standards
Prepare periodic quality reports for management review
Train and guide staff on SOPs where gaps are identified
Requirements
Proven experience in QA/operations within facility management, housekeeping, or related field
Robust command over MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking)
Comfortable using mobile/app-based reporting tools
Confident, commanding personality with strong follow-up and enforcement skills
Sharp attention to detail — a genuine knack for spotting imperfections
Willingness to be on ground as required

Prior experience in a multi-site facility management or FM company
Bachelor's degree (any stream)
