Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Recent Delhi. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,



providing guidance on suitable life and general insurance products and ensuring a positive service experience. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and claims support. The role involves regular follow-ups, explaining policy features and benefits in clear terms, and assisting customers with documentation and processes. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
